Material:
- 2 slices of bread burger
- 4 pieces burger patty
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise bottle
- 2 slices of smoked cheddar / mozzarella
- layer:
- 2 egg whites, whipped
- 100 g flour
- 150 g coarse flour
- cooking oil
- complementary:
- tomatoes
- salad
How to make:
- Heat beef burger in a hot pan. Lift.
- Spread with mayonnaise.
- Place one patty, a piece of cherry cheese, prepared with another patty.
- Close burger. Press up slightly flattened bread.
- Sprinkle burgers with a thin layer of flour.
- Dip in beaten egg whites.
- Apply a coarse flour until blended.
- Fry in hot oil and lots of it dry.
- Remove and drain.
- Serve with sliced tomatoes and salad.
Serves 2 servings.
